Joan started taking photography seriously when she became the on-set photographer for local reality show, 'Eye For A Guy'. Since, she has photographed other shows such as 'Eye For A Guy Season 2', 'A Light Affair', 'A Flair To Remember' and most recently, 'Girls Out Loud'. She was also a photographer with lunch-time newspaper, 'The New Paper' in 2005

She now freelances doing corporate, events, family and wedding photography. Currently, her main muse for her daily photography projects is her soon to be one-year-old daughter, Clare.
